Welcome to the forum, have you decided what weight loss plan that your going to do yet?
Then instead of saying i need to lose xamount of stones that sounds very daunting!! I broke it down into "my 1st target is to lose 7lb" then next target a stone etc. When i reached each stone i rewarded myself to a treat (non food).
When i wanted a biccy or chocolate (im a former chocoholic) i would think do i want this biccy or do i want to be slim? being slim won 95% of the time.
