Help!!

I am on 1200 cals a day but recently I have been walking loads and burning off about 300 or 400 calories a day extra. I dunno weather to eat an extra 400 or leave it? If I don't then my net will be just 800. Will I store fat?!?
 
Eat them if you're hungry.
 
Good advice about eating if you're hungry. My only word of caution would be that if you're getting your exercise cals from MFP I'm pretty sure that it over estimates how much you burn. For example, I did a just over 4 mile run in 35mins this morning. MFP says that would have burnt 405 cals. I don't believe it would be that many so I will probably eat 200-300 of them back. Certainly not 400.
