I just can't seem to stay on track and its only day 2 I just seem to pick all the time what can I do no wonder I am the size I am I have had a shake go breakfast and 100g protein and 100g salad for lunch and now I am at work but am picking had a few crisps and half a cookie I am not even hungry :-(
 
I know it's hard but you just have to say no. The more you eat things off plant the harder it will be for you to get into ketosis. The first week is always the worst you just have to push on through

It is an effective diet but very strict and you need to be determined

Just keep going 100% and you will be losing weight in no time
 
As hard as it is, you have to make sure your ready for it and are doing it for you. I have been trying for months, but this time i waited until I knew I was ready to be on it 100%. Quitting isn't even an option in my head. You can do it sweet, we are all here for you :)

I am determined and am gonna get back on track 100% tomorrow it is bloody difficult though! It's awful when u want something so bad but struggle to get there x
