Hello, was Wondering if anyone can help me. I'm 19, and recently I have been bullied over Facebook for my weight. I weigh 10 and a half stone, which has always pretty much been my weight for the last three years. Except February 2012 I went down to 9 stone but that was only because I split up with my boyfriend and as any girl knows that make you lose weight! But I hit the gym hard for 3 weeks straight losing 700-1000 calories a day! I felt really good obviously and slowly put weight back on but now I am again fat! I was size 12 but am creeping slowly up to 14. The people bullying me on Facebook as well were my two ex boyfriends so you can imagine how upsetting this was for! (Sorry to rant on, but that's help me rid a lot of anger!!) so this happened earlier this evening now I've been up all night deciding on which best diet to go on! I am going to do measure up by ASDA I think! It sounds like something I can dedicated too! Can anyone help me? Shed any light? Also, ill still be hitting the gym hard everyday as well! I'm doing this because its about time I start feeling good about myself, and stick two fingers up to my ex boyfriends! Tehehehe. Thanks for ready and I look forward to hearing from you
