Help!

Hi All,

Well I started WW last Thursday and had my first weigh In weighing in at 16 stone 6 lbs.

I need help!

Day 1 on Friday went perfectly but as I was away on a stag weekend on the Saturday and Sunday, both days went terrible and the points went out of the window. I had great intentions of harnassing in the eating and drinking but just never happened. My question now is what should I do Monday through until next weigh in on Thursday?

Should I just start using the daily allocation of 47 points a day or should I drastically reduce each days points in order to make up in some form of way for the weekends disaster. Its my first week so wanted to at least loose something without feeling like a total failure!

Appreciate any thoughts or advice anyone can give me

If it was me I would adopt damage limitation mode now! Stick to your 47 Dailies, don't use any more Weeklies and drink plenty of Water...3 Full Days of being good should limit the damage. Good Luck Sweetie! X
