An anyone help I started sw yesterday but my leader is away on holiday and I'm struggling to get my head round things. I'm not a big meat eater so thought green days probably best with possibility of extra easy days. So far today I've had super low fat noodles (which I think are free?) a mcains baked potato (1 syn I've been told altho I don't know how been told it's the oil content?) and snack pot baked beans. Is this correct can anyone help me out and maybe advise me more? I'm keeping my healthy extra a for milk for tea. Do I need to use b if I don't have to? If I can make up my dinner and snacks from free foods and super free is this also ok? Thanks in advance x
