Extra Easy HELP

    Hey everyone! This is my very first post lol I'm new to this site! Not even sure if I'm using it right but anyway! I've currently lost 5st 4.5 lbs but I'm still struggling believe you me! Needing something SWEET but don't want to use any syns! Anyone have any idea on what I can snack on before I give way for a binge!?

    Yogurt and Fruit, Rice pudding, have you had your healthy B - what about an Alpen Light or a Benefit bar

    I always have grapes if I want something really sweet and have no syns left.

    Never tried the rice before! I must try it! I decided to put some grapes in the freezer and yumm they were so nice! Thanks for your help!

    Freeze a fruit muller light. Delicious x

    I use pudding rice, pour into a pan and add cold water boil as normal rice, then when all water is absorbed I add sweetener and some vanilla essence. It keeps for a couple of days in the fridge and is lovely with fruit and a yogurt. Some people add diet cream soda to theirs personally never tried it.

    If I haven't used my hexa(milk) I add the milk and place in the oven to make it firm and it forms a skin on top its delish nom nom

    Baby plum tomatoes are my recent go to sweet hit. Buy good quality tomatoes though otherwise they taste like pap! Can't wait for this year's tomato plants to fruit. Yummy :)
