can anybody help me, i can't view peoples albums, and i can't send a pm to a moderator, it says i've not got permission and i also can't edit my avatar.
Why is this

You don't have enough posts. You need 25, or 50 maybe I can't remember.

If you go to the technical help section of the main minis forum, it has an explanation there.

if you go to the introductions forum, there's a sticky at the top that's called "newbies guided tour" or similar. It has all of the information there. I found it really helpful.
