HELPPPP - Going out for an Italian tonight!

I'm going out for an Italian tonight and it's a 2 course menu, I have a choice from the options below. Could someone help me choose the best things to have? Bearing in mind I don't care what it is because I love all food!!

Sorry but it all looks either deep fried or in a cream/ butter sauce, could you not have a flexi syn day?

If I had to pick I think i would go with the Calamari (not sure if that will be fried though as it doesn't say) and the Spaghetti Polpetta
