Hey!! I am new to this site but not to SW. Lost weight before but the last few times I lost week one and then week two lost half pound which de-motivated me. First week lost 4lb this week put on half pound!! Cried in the car. Four gym sessions and I have over five stone to lose!! I don't know what I am doing wrong?? :cry:
 
try to keep positive. if you're doing gym sessions, it may just be that you're gaining muscle. keep to the plan, and you may be pleasantly suprised next week. Good luck!
