Hi Everyone!

Im new to this forum business so thought i would give it a go as sometimes it can be a bit of a struggle and im always looking for new ideas and such like!

My names Carla and ive been doing Slimming world for 3 years now and so far lost 2 stone 8 pounds (36lbs)
I would like to lose at least another stone before i get married in 7 weeks time!! (hence the name carlabsoon to be p)

Well done on your loss so far, that's terrific!

I'm sure you will find lots of helpful and encouraging people on here as I have done. It's great to know that you can come somewhere to offload any feelings especially when you are down in the dumps.
Do make a diary as well in the appropriate section as that will be a great help too.
