Well I'm back on SW after years away and trying every diet imaginable. Just doing from home as with a 22 month old I just can't spare the money necessary to join. I started on 19/8 at 17s2 and am currently 16s7 so must be doing it right! Just eat to do this food diary to keep myself motivated.
Today.
B. baked beans, 1 egg omelette with lean ham(f) and 1 slice wholemeal toast(hexb) with 1 dairylea light triangle(hexa) and black coffee!
Mid morning. Banana and grapes
L. Hard boiled egg and tinned tuna salad with fat free dressing
D. Peres aloo gobi with brown rice an a mandarin muller light.
Syns- Nescafé Azera cappucino(3.5 ish)
