here i go again, how many times do i have to diet why can t i get it into my thick head that to lose weight i have to stick to it.i start well lose weight then go back to old habits. i have to take one day at a time don't want to go up another dress size any tips please on staying motivated :wave_cry: thank you fay x

well, I think the only thing I can say is keep going. Every time you try you learn something new. So this time choose to be successfull at it, choose to loose it all and learn the lessons.

This is my second time on LL and I am on day four. I lost a load then I was ill and had to stop and I put it all back on again apart from 4lbs!!! But this time I have learned a few things about myself and I have made a decision to see this through to the end......no matter what.

You must be motivated to restart LL. This is my 5 th time but like you fall back into bad habits! Take every day one step at a time. Avoid trigger foods, situations until you're back in the LL groove and drink loads of water. Soon you'll see the fat melting away!! Good luck. X

hi lind and weevikki, thank you for your messages of surport well iv'e cleaned the house and as a last resort bit my nails and put on false ones that occupied an hour lol. drinking lots of water and going to bed early, day 1 nearly over.hope you've both had a good day i'll raise a shake to you both xx

Hi Seetfa, hows it going? Did you stay strong??
I am on day 6 and for some reason I am struggling today but I can't figure out why.....grrrrr.....lol.
