well peeps. looks like i'm going to have to start again.

dont want to, but also don't want to be fat. ive gained a stone since i left in July....... what a nightmare:cry:

i wonder if i can get it off b4 xmas:cry:

wish me luck, i get the stuff tomorrow and will start on Monday, so its Monday weight in for me.
