Hi everyone, well Ive finally got an appointment tomorrow to start cd diet. I was all geared up to start it last weekend but had trouble getting hold of a local consultant and when I did, the first day we could both do is tomorrow, better late than never though eh 
. I did Lipotrim for 3 weeks last October and have 3 shakes left, so I'm having those today so I suppose today is my official start date. Had one shake already and I'm not too hungry at the moment...I can't wait to get to my appointment tomorrow and have an official weigh in.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and that I'll no doubt be popping on for some inspiration when the going gets tough lol
