High BP, high cholesterol, asthma and a double chin. Can't get much worse so I'm looking forward to this journey.

Hi, new today too! I suspect my cholesterol & blood sugars are high too but have steered clear of the Dr's surgery since he weighed me a year or so ago & gave me a talking to!
