Aw girls! Same for me too! I have 3 to 3.5 stone on three separte occassions over the past 10 years and here I am again. SAME 3.5 stone. Back on the lippotrim wagon. God I just wish I could maintain. How can we have such good willpower to do TFR 100% and then not be able to eat in moderation??
