Here we go again!

I don't have much to lose... a stone would be good. No... 7lbs would be good, a stone would be brill! I'm only 4ft 10" (ok maybe 9.5") and last year I did lose 7lb at Slimming World. I attended class but would like to try to do it from home now having put back the weight over Christmas. I also have a dull job at times and tend to eat when I've got nothing to do. I hope with your help that I can reach my goal and maybe I can help some of you too. Weighed in at 8st 10.5lbs tonight and I've been shopping to buy mugshots and 0% fat yogurts so here I go. Good luck to you all. x

Tomorrow I plan to eat..

B - Fruit - Grapes & Blueberries & Fat Free Yogurt

L - Home-made Vegetable Soup, Ryvita Minis (B) and Low Fat Cheddar (Is it 42g for HEx A?)

D - Lean Minced Beef & Veg plus a sauce of some sort - Any suggestions? Maybe just gravy.
 
Today

Breakfast - ryvita minis & 20g low fat cheddar A&B
Lunch- homemade soup
Dinner - cottage pie & greens

Snacks - Iced Gems 5 syns
0% fat yogurt
