Here we go,first week.

Breakfast- magic porridge & strawberries.

Lunch- Pasta salad with ham and fry light salad dressing.

Dinner- chicken breast, new potatoes, salad & mushrooms

Snacks/treats- banana. 4 rich tea fingers & a 30g pot of choc Philly 8.5 syns

Not bad for my First day. And I was not hungry when I went to bed! Result!!! Have a good day SW buddies :0)
