Well, tomorrow is day 1. All my foodpacks arrived this morning - I can't wait to get going! I previously did Lighter Life and stuck to it 100%. I lost over 3 stone in 3 months, and then lost a further 7lb when i went back to eating normal food. However, since then I've put on 1.5 stone (in 2.5 years) which isn't too bad, but it's time to get back on track again. This is my first time on Exante - LL is just too expensive. My goal is 7lbs lighter than previously so I want to lose 2 stone in total. I've ordered porridge to have for breakfast, a bar for lunch and porridge for tea. Hopefully this will be ok. I've seen lots of posts regarding what you can and can't drink and the Exante water flavourings being quite high in carbs, I have ordered 3 of the water flavourings but now I'm thinking that I wont use them.
