Heston's Hidden Orange Christmas Pud

Now, I'm not a lover of Christmas pud, but my hubby and dad are, and after seeing the advert for above mentioned pud, we thought we'd get one! Till I saw the price.......£13.99!!!!! Wtf? Told the hubby he's gonna have a normal pud instead!!

Asda's finest ones are half price this week.

Buy it after Chirstmas when it will be quarter of the price and it will mature ready for next Christmas - check user by date.

Apparently they're selling out in loads of Waitrose, so probably won't be any left after Christmas. I think it looks vile, but then again I hate Christmas pudding. BLEURGH! I'd rather fill up on stuffing and roasties instead!

I think these look a right royal rip off - you lose half of the lovely pudding and get an orange!
Tesco Finest puds are also half price this week at a fiver.

I made my own last year, so glad I did - it was the best pud ever

There's a recipe for one in the SW mag, don't know what it would be like though.
