I have one hand to type on my phone, a toddler on my lap and am tryingto balance a cooled cup of green tea somewhere between, so navigating the Body Optimise website is not an option right now lol. Could one of you lovelies please tell me how many of the following are a HEXB/A??

Ryvita Rye and Sesame
Ryvita Breaks
Ryvita Wholegrain Crispbread
Dairylea Triangles

2 Ryvita dark rye/sesame/original or 4 if you prefer (HEb)
2 Ryvita breaks (HEb)
3 Ryvita garlic and rosemary crispbread (HEb)
4 Dairylea light triangles (HEb) (HEa)

I was under the impression that 2 Dairylea original triangles was also a HEa or HEb but can't find it on the list.
