Hey All!

I've only just discovered MiniMins as I was googling some syn values but it looks like a great website ...
I've just re-joined Slimming World for the third time (lucky, I hope!) and lost over 3 stones the last time but always seem to plateau, loose my motivation and then leave ...
Well not this time! I'm getting married in 18 months and want to drop 5 dress sizes and 6 stones by then so I'm exercising daily and not even thinking of going over my syns and I definitely WILL NOT miss a single class unless I'm ill!
Hope everyone's doing well and have all the motivation in the world!
