You have all lost a huge amount. Also you have all done so well. My question is....... Did you ever have a bad week/day? I've struggled this week and have 2 nights out tonight and tomorrow night but I'm going back to 100% Saturday onwards :) x
 
Yes after the very first week I had 2 meals and a.night out for my birthday and week 6 was on holiday. I was sensible though and didn't blow it so didn't gain.
 
Yes, after the first 6 weeks or so I had a naughty 8 weeks when I just kept adding more and more meals. Back on TS where I belong now though! Trying not to think that if only I had stuck with it I would be at goal round about now....ah well, you live and learn!
 
Oh yes........ we're all only human after all :)
 
It would be untrue to say I have never struggled! Sometimes its really tough, especially in the evenings and when I am tired. Its tough on social events and celebrations, its tough on week ends. But the results just keep me going.
TS I find is actually easier than adding meals - simple straightforward and a habit now. BUT sometimes its just so boring. Food is socialising, relaxing and I do miss it.
