Hey I'm new!

Hi everyone, started slimming world for the first time just under 2 weeks ago, so far I'm loving it, I was amazed I lost 7.5lb in my first week, I have heard though that the first week is fab for everyone then it's more of a steady 2-3lbs, does this sound about right?

Hi @Snellyfurtardo :) 7.5lb is amazing. Well done you must be delighted. Moving forwards your weekly losses will depend upon a number of things but 1-2lb a week is considered acceptable and appropriate for a steady overall loss.

Hi, I'm new too :) I tried Slimming World last year but my heart just wasn't in it, so I'm hoping it will be different now that I'm focused! I'm joinging tomorrow and I'm dreading it as I don't like crowds, but it's a challenge that I've set for myself.
