Hey new and thinking of joining the Cambridge diet.

I tried LL and could NOT take the shakes or soup's.

The stuff made me really ill.

I have contacted a Cambridge diet counsler and i am waiting on them getting back to me.

I want to lose around 4 stone.:wave_cry:
