Hey + Question! :)

hehe if only I did keep it minimal, I was just lucky this time, here is my list:

1/2 a thin and crispy (small asda) pizza -cheese and onion
4 slices of billy bear meat (some crappy processed meat from ASDA i'm obsessed with)
6 babybel lights
half a bottle of schloer
1/2 a large bag of onion rings
bacon sandwich
kinder beuno
small portion vienetta

All between 6pm and 12pm :eek:

I AM VERY VERY BAD, looks a lot written down. never again! Still at least I had only had 1 shake earlier that day.

I wouldn't care I was feeling too full before the last 3 items, just made myself feel sick! Never mind lol

Back on track today, done very well :)
