Hello,
I'm Katie ^.^ I am 19 and have realised that the fact that the only pair of trousers that fit me are ones I accidentally brought a size too big!
I've lost about 13 pounds since January (not starving myself or anything stupid! Just think it was such a big change from eating chocolate all the time)

I am 5"6, and I started at 14st 11, and am at 13st12 (and 3/4!) but my current target weight is 10 stone 8.

I don't want to end up in a rut, and not lose weight, so I figure joining a forum should help me keep it up!

Which plan are you following? Good luck on your weight loss journey! ;)
 
I am just calorie counting at the moment, I'd do weightwatchers but can't really justify the monthly cost. I also am keeping a food diary, which I'm finding is keeping me on track ^.^ and trying to eat lower GI foods.. :)
 
You'll find lots of motivation and support on here whichever plan you're following. Keep us updated..;)
