I'm trying to eat healthier, cutting out all crap and upping the fruit/veg, no particular diet as such. Also looking for tips :)
 
Hi, I'm on calorie counting but occasionally for a boost I do cambridge. It works for me!

I'm currently on Lipotrim total-food-replacement, it's really hard to stick to but it's doing wonders short-term! Long-term when I finish in 4 weeks I've no idea what diet I'd move onto...

I started slim and save on the 30th August and so far ive lost 1 stone 1lb :D
 
I lost almost 3 stone on slim and save previously this year I took a break after 12 but found it so hard to get back on it, I'm following Atkins at the moment but going back to slim and save once I'm firmly in ketosis
