Hey!

Hi, I've been doing Atkins for 2 weeks. I have been in ketosis since about the 4th day. I am loving it. I have to remind myself to eat! I have lost 10lbs and would like to lose a 70 more. I have lost interest in pasta, bread, sugar and all that. It's wonderful. Plus, I am on blood pressure meds and I am having to keep an eye on it because my pressure isn't going high anymore :)
