    I'm a newbie and just found this section and wondered if I can join in! =]
    I have about 6 stones to lose but i'm doing it really gradually!
    My first 1/2 stone dropped off when i stopped drinking pepsi and coke. Now i'm not losing anymore so i'm starting with the exercise *urgh*
    I'm a bar person so i'm on my feet all day so exercise is the last thing i wanna do!!

    I have PCOS so most of my weight is stuck around me middle. I'm a size 16 in trousers and a 22 in tops!

    Hi Heidi,
    Welcome to the forum, I'm a newbie too. What diet are you doing? I'm calorie counting - about 1500 cals per day and walking a bit more than usual. I've lost about 12 1/2lbs of the 7 ish stone that i need to lose and i am determined to do it this time.
