HEYA!! New here, and really, really confused!

Hi All,
New here and new to slimming world, and can I say I have never been more confused about food in all my life.

I have 15 syns day that seems a lot, anyway....

i went to slimming world last night and it all sounded great eat, what i want? YES PLEASE.

But when looking i am struggling with Syns. and what I have eaten, feel like I have eaten mad amounts today and I will defo gain.

Breakfast was baked beans, tinned tomatoes and 1 white bread (no butter) (5.5 syns??)
2 coffees with milk (choice A?)

lunch, crunchy plain salad (the prepacked type...) + 2 eggs boiled and spinach with an orange. 1 coffee, 1 can of coke (diet)

dinner was
white fish (pollock) cooked in oven no sauce or oil, plain rice, brocolli, carrots, splosh of quark.

dessert was strawberries, blackberry, blackcurrant and redberries smashed together with water and greek yogurt.

Late snack is one of those hi-fi mocha bars (3 syns) and a cup of tea.

I never ate this much in one day before :( i'm convinced this will backfire....

p.s can i eat processed ham? Does it have syns, I love wafer thin style ham haha

Frozen fruit is free but as it comes. It takes longer to digest when whole.
Same with banana mash it syn it. Ditto

I do agree that it can sound confusing until you get the hang of it.

Yes you can eat pkt ham.

Do check what crafty Mary put on.

If you go to class ask consultant or other members.
