Hi, advice please on herbalife

snacks can be anything like nuts, fruit, herbalife protein bars....

main meals- chilli con carni on jacket potato, anything with fish or lean meat, salads?
the choices are endless :)
 
I have a lot of eggs for snacks, danio is a high-protein yoghurt and is expensive but sometimes on offer, tuna and sweetcorn with wholemeal pasta, nuts, I cook up shicken breasts when I can afford and have them as a snack or put as a main meal with veg, carrot & swede mash (lower in carbs than spuds) and gravy so it feels like you're having a roast dinner :) I sometimes just microwave a can of beans (or half for a snack) as it is cheap and high in protein. Any type of minced meat (preferably low fat) with veg or wholemeal pasta/rice aswell.
