:bighug: Hi all, Im new to this site and to SW too, Im starting it tomorrow, been a while since Ive been on a diet, I lost 4 stone over a year ago, i kept it off but recently ive been eating more and have a better appetite, therefore i want to reign it in right now and have a more healthy life style, still not quite sure how to use the site yet but Im sure I will figure it out lol,, ive not long since come back from shopping, stocked up loads in the free foods, i bought the books from Ebay as i have a form of agoraphobia so cant make the classes, ♥

Great that you kept the weight off AND you've recognised that you need to rein it in - HUGE well done!

So which days are you going to do - red/green/EE or mix? Are you familiar with how it all works? If not just ask as everyone is really lovely.

And lots of us do it from home so don't worry about that - just pick a weigh in day and jump onto that board. Good luck! X
 
I think SW sounds right for you. Whatever size your appetite there'll be plenty of choice & you could eat lots :)

Sorry, yeah I will be doing the EE plan it seems better for me, although it looks like it maybe a slower weight loss, but in the past ive always thought/ expected to lose lots each week, feeling more relaxed about it now, im not in no rush but hope for a steady weight loss, will be sticking to the diet plan without a doubt, and WILL Succeed ♥ ♥
 
Welcome. Lose at your own pace that way you can keep it off. You have come to the right place for support. As someone else said a lot of us do it from home and help each other on this forum. There are a few challanges that you can join if you like.
 
Just find the challanges from the list of threads and add your target and each week go and update them.

Bambino when you click on the link it takes you to the first page of the challange. Go to the last page and copy and paste the list and add your name, goal and then save. However, if you are not sure what to do, let me know which challange you'd like to join and your goal. I add you to them and send you a link so you can see your name on it and update it each week.
 
Welcome to Minimins and Slimming World Bambino! There is loads of support on the site, if you have questions or just want to chat. I definitely suggest that you join a weekly weigh in thread for the day you weigh in as it definitely motivates you to stay on track. Good luck hun!
