Hi all im new here looking for insperation

Hi everyone im currently doing sw but I have seemed to of hit a wall I have finally got my 2
Stone award on weds by loosing 1lb I should of been happy but I wasn't I expected more as I did sas last week and worked so hard I'm considering joining ww to give me a boost in weight loss but I live sw cause it doesn't feel like a diet just a lifestyle change
 
Wow great weight loss and an eating plan that clearly works for you, sounds like you need some zest in your recipes! I have some SW books and when I feel in a rut make some great new meals and get some zest back!
 
I do loads of recipes I buy all the mags I'm not sure what it is I exercise do Boxersize once a week and Zumba twice in between I'm a mom of 4 and and walk everywhere x
