Hi! I'm new here today, just starting Lipotrim (again). I'm not used to posting anywhere so hopefully I'm not messing this up. I did try Lipotrim for a few weeks a couple of years ago..how disgraceful that it's taken me this long to get back to it. I just wanted to join and post here, not only for inspiration, but also for support and to maybe be held accountable. I have a lot of weight to lose, at least 7 stone
..I'm honestly too scared to dig out my scales at the minute. I know I'll feel better once I have a few days under my belt and I'll summon the courage then. For now I just have to get thru my first day and lift my huge bum off the sofa (seriously lacking in energy, doesn't help that I'm a lazy mare either!) I'm pretty sure that exercise and drinking enough water will be my biggest probs. Why is it that when I MUST drink lots of water I find it so hard? I'm just a rebel without a cause
