hi my name is Vix I'm 35 and a tattooist and body piercer from se London

I have been following slimming world on and off for the last 11 years

2005- lost 1 1/2 stone before wedding then got pregnant

Nov 2006-2008 lost 2 stone then got diagnosed with depression and anxiety over the next 5-6 I battled with weight loss and depression until 2013

April 2013-present lost 3 stone got to target in May 2015 then son got diagnosed with asd and my husband lost his mum so my weight went up... I am currently 8lb away from my 3 stone again

I'm on a slow and steady journey

Hi Vixxen81. Welcome I only joined yesterday. Hopefully we can help keep each other going. Though not doing SW (occasionally using some SW recipes) but mainly just calorie counting and watching my sat fat intake . Welcome
