Hi i'm very new to this ,not just this site, the whole computer thing so please forgive me for mistakes!!
I am on my first week of the points plan at weight watchers and the whole thing such seems so confusing !! My sign on weight was 11stone7.5 and my weigh in is tonight so we will see if i have done any good.
