Hi it could be that EE doesn't agree with you... I for instant only do 1 green day a week now, as pasta. pots, rice etc in even small amounts slows my met rate even though I do work out. You will need to look at your food diary and see what you were doing at the best loss week excluding the first week.

hey hunny, 1/2 pund off is better than nothing, try not to get discouraged! maybe do what phil said abnd go over your food diary! thats why i always keep one, even now.. because i can always see what i did right/wrong. and keep on top of my syns!
