Hi everyone!

A big hello to everyone who is still here from when I was last doing CD and a big hello to anyone who has joined since I left!

Well as promised when I announced the safe arrival of Elliot, I have attached some pics of my little man

I have made an appointment with my lovely CDC for 3rd May to begin my re-start. My pregnancy saw me shed a wopping 4 stone, but I'm not going to dwell on it as I have the most precious little boy who is worth an extra 4 months of shake drinking!

On top of this I have 2 stone to loose and I'll be at goal. I'm going to be 100% and hope that I can achieve this loss within the 6 months that I know I can do!

Would love to hear how everyone is getting on
