Hi,
You've prob all heard this a thousand times before but, i have tried everydiet under the sun and am thinking about starting the WW diet, i have attemped this before but it was a half hearted attempt.
This time is differnt, I still want to lose weight obviously but this time im not hooked up on the length of time it will take and expect immeadiate results. Admitedly im not confident or paticually happy with my body but iv come to realise (after years of being silly about it) that this is my body, i did this too it and it will not change over night. So, for the minute im plodding along nicely not feeling sorry for myself anymore, and this has led me to want to lose weight happily without it being the centre of my world and the ONLY thing i think about.
I was just really wondering, before i went off on that rant, how people find this diet? and how much weight people have lost so far and how that has changed them as a person (apart from being smaller obviously!)
Thank you
xx
