    hello everyone,

    after loads of failed attemps on CD i am joining slimming world tonight, would like any tips on the diet if you have any, and ideas for lunch times as i work, but i want to cut down on the bread.

    Hi, i yo yo'd alot with vlcd, and eventually swapped to sw, and honestly its the best thing i did. I love it. I have lots of savoury rices, with salad and syn free coleslaw for lunch, and jacky spuds with beans/laughing cow/tuna mayo/. Also, i am always making far too much in the evenings so i have leftovers of tea for dinner! xx

    Have a look at the food diary section on here for some ideas Hun. Make sure that you write everything that you eat down too and remember variety!
