Just wanted to introduce myself... I've been on minimins forum before and did the lipotrim diet, and after trying it and failing:break_diet: so many times I was a bit disheartened!! But I was out with my other half 3 weeks ago, when he asked me to marry him in Sept NEXT YEAR...i decided that i have to get my rear in gear but in a sensible way that suits me!and a weightloss that i can keep off! I've been reading some of the helpful posts and would be delighted with any advice anyone can offer. I know my statistics are wrong but I'm hoping to figure out how to change them??
