Hi folks, took the plunge and had my WI this Wednesday, it was like a horror movie and I didn't want to look down.....! But am really in it for the long haul this year, joined WW and following successfully givng up smoking in November I really feel this is my year to change my lifestyle and I feel v. positive about it! Looking forward to making new friends along the way!
