Hi everyone I am so pleased I found this forum site.

I started Lipotrim last week but I am doing this on my own and was searching the internet for inspiration and encouragement, when I found a link to your forum and I am so happy I did!

My family and friends are very supportive but its not the same when they aren't on it or understand how it works.

Don't really know how this works yet so to post an update, more for myself really, to try and stay focused, 3lb loss today.
I'm not due to weigh in until Monday but can't get there due to work.
Next weight in 10 days. xx

I have completed 2 weeks on Lipotrim now. It has been easier than I thought it would be but finding the feel of my tongue and taste in my mouth hard to deal with. Does anybody doing this diet or anything similar have any suggestions please?

Any help would be most appreciated xx
