Was wondering if its possible to buy the hi-fi bars without attending class?
I used to love them when i went class but i dont go now coz of shift patterns. :(
 
Pretty sure they are only available at class....... having said that though, one of the girls on here found them in her corner shop not long ago, and they were going cheap too!!! I think we put it down to a botched delivery though at the time.
 
Ahhh thats a shame! I know WW stuff you can buy on their site so thats why i asked about these bars.

Have you tried Alpen lights? you can have two of them, and their new flavours are supposed to be really yummy!

two as a hexb? i read in the slimming world mag you can have 2 ryvita goodness bars but i havent tried those or the alpine ones.
i will look out for them!
 
i've recently discovered the alpen light bars and they are quite yummy!

i've just had two for my supper lol
