Hi all

Just joined today and wanted to say hello to you all.

As you can see from my ticker I've already made a start but still have a long way to go so am looking for advice and inspiration! :)

I'm not actually following a "proper" diet plan, just doing it alone, healthy eating, cutting out all the rubbish I used to eat and I've also joined the local gym which I go to three times a week.
