Hi Jen! Firstly, it may be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor, if they signed you off for lipotrim they may be able to help you with a nutrition plan now too and if you have any medical conditions they may be able to give you tailored nutritional advice.
Secondly, are you having trouble eating more than the yogurts, or just eating that because you want to not eat very much? You should try to gradually up your calories to your recommended amount (1200minimum unless your doctor says otherwise - there's a sticky thread on here that will help you work out your calories, or you can to go MyFitnessPal). It'll be difficult for you (and your body) to just suddenly jump upto 1200 calories or whatever your recommended amount is, so just take baby steps. Maybe start incorporating fruit with your yoghurt or some granola or honey, and then maybe try having some salads - eventually you may feel well enough to reintroduce more complex carbs /wholegrain pastas and rice etc as your appetite starts to be revved up again - because you're not eating very much your body isn't having to work as hard to digest food (and therefore isn't using as much energy so your appetite isn't as great, and it's a bit of a catch 22 situation). Good luck!
