I'm on the Extra Easy too, I hope you find it as good as I am - I'm still really new to the idea but 6lbs down and I'm feeling like this is something I can stick to and not feel like I'm missing out on things all that much!

Hi and good luck! I too do the Extra Easy plan, it's really good once you get used to it. I think it feels more like healthy eating than a strict diet which I really like.

Hi sorry only just got this as phone playing up, I started seriously on 20th and lost 4.5lb in first week
