Hi Raji, I gave up smoking at the end of July last year, and piled 30lbs on before I could blink!!!! The one thing I know for sure is that it goes on a whole lot easier and quicker than it comes off!!! If I was you I would really try my hardest to pick at only free food, In hindsight I should of started SW before I gave up, not after! LOl

That must make it doubly hard for you. Can you get a nicotine replacement or some gum? Swot up on free foods, make yourself some snack things you can pick up, it's all about planning on slimming world. Roasted chickpeas are good for picking at and are free on green. Or make some vegetable crudities with a syn free dip - make some tatziki, houmous or salsa to go with it?
